NedZink NEO

NedZink NEO is pre-weathered titanium zinc with a matte, subtle brushed surface in a mineral grey colour.

The uniform mineral grey surface of NedZink NEO originates after a chemical surface treatment following the rolling process. No coating or lacquer layer is applied. The structure and composition of the patina layer that is normally naturally formed by weather influences is simulated, and the natural properties of the titanium zinc are fully retained.

NedZink NEO is mainly used for aesthetically high quality building applications for roofs and facades, and associated roof drainage systems and accessories. If you prefer a mineral grey surface, we recommend NedZink NEO.

Material characteristics / surface
The basic product of NedZink NEO is NedZink NATUREL, a raw titanium zinc produced according to ASTM B69 and Lloyd’s Register certified. NedZink NEO is a natural product and as a consequence minor color differences will occur. A unique production process results in an extremely consistent color.

Protection foil
Upon request, NedZink NOVA and NedZink NUANCE can be delivered with a temporary protective foil in order to reduce the risk of damage during processing & handling. NedZink NEO and NedZink NOIR is supplied with this temporary protective foil as standard.

Anti-fingerprint
An Anti-Fingerprint coating is applied to prevent fingerprints during installation and to optimize machine processing. This AFP gives the material a slightly shiny surface, which will disappear over time.
